Aimee is Presenting: Intro to Special Education Law with PBI

Attorney Aimee Rankin will be presenting with colleagues for a Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) Seminar entitled Introduction to Special Education Law 2026. The program will be held via webcast on Wed., Aug. 12, 2026 at 1:00 pm ET. Topics range from evaluations and eligibility for special education programming to placements, free appropriate public education (FAPE) and Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). Aimee's presentation will focus on discipline of students with disabilities in education settings. Panelists will also present information on dispute resolution procedures in special education law and ethical obligations for attorneys.
